The famous mines at Sainte-Marie-Aux-Mines, situated approx. 32 km away, offer tours for those wanting a glimpse of what life used to be like down below ground.

The spa resort of Gérardmer is a great place to go for a gentle stroll, a hike or just for a cup of coffee. In summer you can take a boat out or go for a swim and in winter you can head off with your ice-skates (at your own risk!). Gérardmer is just 18km away.

Those travelling with kids may be interested in a trip to the Fraispertuis City theme park which is 48km away. Enjoy being a cowboy or a pirate for the day - great fun!

Just a short distance away (12km) you will find the resort of Lac Blanc which offers a wide range of activities for both the summer and winter seasons.
And, whatever your level of fitness, there is a hiking path around the lake which is just right for you.

A real delight for the warmer months is a visit to the barefoot parcours - great fun for people of any age.

If you are looking for the ultimate climbing experience, the Lac Blanc adventure playground is the place for you - children and adults are all welcome.
